Purchasing a retainer package is a popular option for those who have a budget and set hours they require each month. You can purchase a block of hours each month and know that there is flexibility. We understand that some months are busier than others and that is why we allow you to roll unused hours over to the next month. Should you have a busier than normal month, the extra hours will be added to your next month’s retainer package invoice.

  • Retainer Packages require a 3-month contract.
  • Invoices for Retainer Packages are sent on the first of the month.
  • Unused hours will roll over for a maximum of one month.


Sometimes we find clients are not sure exactly how much time they may need. In this case hourly is usually best until we figure out if purchasing a block of hours each week/month is more cost effective. This is also a good option if your business frequently fluctuates because you only pay for what you use. Example if you only use an hour one week you only get billed for one hour, there are no minimums.
