Use of this website is at your own risk. We host our site on a reputable platform and take reasonable efforts to maintain and host the site. However, we make no explicit representations or warranties as to the safety or your individual use of the website.
What personal data we collect and why we collect it
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
If you fill out a contact form you are agreeing to be contacted via the information submitted. Your information will be sent to us via email and will be stored in our database for follow-up and sales purposes. You can request at any time for your contact information to be deleted.
If you have an account and you log in to this site, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.
If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie includes no personal data and simply indicates the post ID of the article you just edited. It expires after 1 day.
Embedded content from other websites
Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.
This site uses Google Analytics and all data will be anonymized before storage and processing begin.
Who we share your data with
We do not disclose personal data that we collect about you, except as described in this Privacy Notice or in separate notices provided in connection with particular activities. We may share personal data with vendors who perform services on our behalf based on our instructions. We do not authorize these vendors to use or disclose the information except as necessary to perform services on our behalf or comply with legal requirements. We also reserve the right to transfer personal data we have about you in the event we sell or transfer all or a portion of our business or assets (including in the event of a reorganization, dissolution or liquidation).
We collect information about visitors who comment on Sites that use our Akismet anti-spam service. The information we collect depends on how the User sets up Akismet for the Site, but typically includes the commenter’s IP address, user agent, referrer, and Site URL (along with other information directly provided by the commenter such as their name, username, email address, and the comment itself).
Third party ACCESS
We use certain trusted third parties to help us provide, improve, promote and protect our services. We may use third parties to help us protect your information, provide you with customer support, manage our ads on other sites or assist with data storage. These third parties may access your information only with our express consent and only for the purposes authorized and we require them to provide the same level of protection as outlined in this policy. We may also share with third parties aggregated or anonymized information that does not directly identify you.
How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
We store in our systems the personal data we collect in a way that allows the identification of the data subjects for no longer than it is necessary for light of the purposes for which the data was collected, or for which that data is further processed.
We also determine this specific period of time by taking into account the necessity to retain the personal data collected, in order to offer services established with the user and or the existence of specific legal obligations that make the processing and related storage necessary for a specific period of time.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can request at any time that we erase any personal data we have about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
Where we send your data
Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.
We also may transfer the personal data we collect about you to countries outside of the country in which the information originally was collected. Those countries may not have the same data protection laws as the country in which you initially provided the personal data. When we transfer your information to other countries, we will protect that data as described in this Privacy Notice and such transfers will be in compliance with applicable law.

Your contact information
We may collect personal data about you in a variety of ways, such as through our Sites and social media channels; at our events; through phone, through RFP requests; in connection with becoming a client; or in connection with our interactions with clients and vendors. We may collect a selection of personal data dependant on the nature of the relationship, including, but not limited to (as permitted under local law):
- contact information (such as name, postal address, email address and telephone number);
- username and password when you register on our Sites;
- the information you provide us with friends or other people you would like us to contact. (The Controller assumes that the other person previously gave authorization for such communication); and
- other information you may provide to us, such as in surveys or through the “Contact Us” feature on our Sites.
In addition, if you are an associate or potential client, you apply for a position or fill out a contact us form, we may collect the following types of personal data (as permitted under local law):
- credit card information for billing purposes;
- employment and education history;
- language proficiencies and other work-related skills;
- government-issued identification number;
- date of birth;
- proof of insurance;
- tax-related information;
In addition, we may collect the information you provide to us about other individuals, such as information related to emergency contacts.
How we protect your data
We process the personal data we collect, also by automated means, for the purposes defined above and for a specific period of time.
