Real Estate Marketing Coordinator/Assistant

Our goal is to bring someone on who can help us support our Agents with marketing, feature sheets, database work, website edits and more. We need someone with excellent administrative and marketing skills who can not only help us but be an integral part of the team and help us grow our nest! We are looking to be the go-to company for Agents in Ontario. We want to be able to offer all the services they require from marketing to admin and consulting…a one-stop-shop for it all.

Some of the help required will be for the owner. She needs to get some things off her plate, so she can focus on growing the business.

Part-time position, remote work.

THE REQUIREMENT (as of now)

  • Feature Sheets, Post Cards, Reports, Packages and More

  • Newsletters – Monthly through Mail Chimp and Constant Contact, print through InDesign

  • Letters and Database work as required

  • Website edits

  • Social Media posting (maybe)

  • Available during business hours 9 AM – 5 PM

REQUIREMENTS

  • Adobe InDesign

  • Adobe Creative Suite (would be preferred)

  • Real estate experience a strong asset.
