Canadian Real Estate Social Manager and Content Creator Required!
We need someone who is creative and up to date on the latest social trends. We are looking for a fun and hard-working social media content creator to work off of pre-approved content calendars and strategies for multiple clients.
Part-time position, remote work.
Responsibilities
Write engaging content that is on brand and strategy
Create images to accompany posts in the appropriate size depending on each social media channel’s requirements
Images to be created using Canva
Create and post animated posts and videos
Create Facebook and Instagram Ads that deliver results
Schedule content in Hootsuite
software REQUIREMENTS
- Hootsuite (Can be trained)
- Canva
- Google Drive
- Google Docs, Sheets etc.
- How to do effective Hashtag research
- Facebook and Instagram Ads
- Facebook, Facebook Company Pages, LinkedIn Company Pages, and Instagram for Business, Creator Studio, Instagram Stories
The purpose of each campaign will differ depending on the Client. You will be made aware in detail of the purpose/aim of each campaign.
To start this will be around 2-5+/- hours per month but has the potential for many more hours as our social media client base is growing quickly.
Project Type: Ongoing Social Media Manager & Content Creator
Pay is based on a per client basis, you will receive a split and or hourly.
